Terms of Service (Terms of Service)

Introduction
This User Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions of use for the RecipeGuru digital recipe and cooking platform. It governs your access to and use of the services provided through the RecipeGuru website, mobile or web-based applications, and/or affiliated products (collectively, the "Services"). Access to and use of the Services is expressly subject to the terms of this Agreement.
RecipeGuru is an application owned by BIBRANDO LLC. This Agreement covers the use of all services offered by RecipeGuru. By using RecipeGuru, you agree to this Agreement and any changes made from time to time. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the Services.
By accessing and using our Services, you declare that you accept all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement also includes our privacy policy and cookie policy. For more information on the information we collect and use while using our services, please review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
BIBRANDO LLC may update this Agreement from time to time, and changes will be effective when posted on the RecipeGuru website or through the application. It is recommended to regularly review this Agreement to stay informed of any changes. Continuing to use the Services after any changes to this Agreement implies that you accept those changes.

RecipeGuru Service Provided by Us
RecipeGuru offers various service options. Some RecipeGuru services may be used for free, while some services require prior payment ("Paid Subscriptions"). We may also offer special promotional plans, subscriptions, or services that may include third-party products and services. Such third-party products and services are not our responsibility.
The Free and Paid services offered by RecipeGuru vary depending on users' needs. When signing up for the service, we will explain which service options are suitable for you. If you cancel Paid Subscriptions or there is an interruption in your subscription (for example, if you change your payment information), you may need to re-subscribe to regain access to those services. RecipeGuru reserves the right to change service options in the future. In such cases, fees charged for the service will be stopped.

Trial Versions
From time to time, RecipeGuru or a representative may provide trial versions of Paid Subscriptions for free or at a discounted rate for a specific period ("Trial Version"). By using a RecipeGuru service through a Trial Version, you are deemed to have accepted the terms of that trial. Trial versions are offered to attract new users and introduce the features of our existing services. After the trial period ends, users wishing to continue the service will need to transition to one of the Paid Subscription options.
RecipeGuru may offer new users a 3- or 7-day trial version. During the trial version, users can access all features of the app, but they will not be able to see coupon codes or take advantage of promotions.
The trial version is valid for the period determined by the user (3 or 7 days). During the trial period, users cannot view coupon codes or benefit from promotions. If the user does not cancel their subscription during the trial period, the subscription will be automatically charged after the trial period ends, and the full subscription will begin.
At the end of the trial period, the user will be automatically charged the set subscription fee. Once the charge is made, the user's subscription will begin, and they will have access to all features.
The user may cancel their subscription during the trial period, in which case no charge will be made. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after the trial period has ended and the fee has been charged. The subscription will terminate at the end of the next billing cycle.
If the user wishes to cancel their subscription, they must do so before the end of the trial period. Information on how to cancel is available in the app or on the support page. The user is responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and up to date.

Use of Services
The Services may change without notice, and RecipeGuru reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue the Services (or any feature of the Services) at any time, without notice to users or the general public.

RecipeGuru Service Usage License
Subject to this Agreement, RecipeGuru grants you the right to download, install, and use the Services for personal use. You may not use the Services for illegal purposes. As long as you comply with these Terms, RecipeGuru grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable user license to download and install one (1) copy of the Application on your mobile device, tablet, and/or computer to access and use our Services for personal and private use. You are prohibited from doing the following:
(i) Copying, modifying, or distributing the Application for any purpose;
(ii) Transferring, sublicensing, renting, lending, leasing, or otherwise distributing the Services to any third party;
(iii) Decompiling, reverse-engineering, disassembling, or creating derivative works from the Services;
(iv) Making the functionality of the Services available to multiple users in any way;
(v) Using the Services illegally or for illegal purposes, or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
This license applies solely to the personal and non-commercial use of the RecipeGuru Application and the services offered. The use of the Application and services must comply with these Terms.

RecipeGuru Service Limitations and Changes
At RecipeGuru, we make reasonable efforts to keep the application active and up-to-date to provide you with a rich recipe and culinary experience. However, our service offerings and their availability may change from time to time due to applicable laws and without any liability to you. Examples include:
Temporary interruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or testing operations, or to reflect changes in relevant legal regulations in RecipeGuru services.
To improve and enhance our services, we may update, modify, suspend, or terminate RecipeGuru's functions, features, subscription plans, and promotional offers at any time. These changes may be temporary or permanent and may not be notified to you in advance.
Service interruptions may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as internet connection issues, system maintenance, and updates. In such cases, RecipeGuru is not obligated to compensate or refund its users.
These service limitations and changes are part of RecipeGuru's ongoing efforts to improve user experience and the service quality. Such changes may be necessary to better serve the needs of our users and are made to improve the quality of RecipeGuru's services.

Account Registration
To access, use, or obtain some of RecipeGuru's services, you may need to register and create an account ("Account") through our website or application and become a Registered User. Alternatively, you can register using your existing account through Apple ID. By creating an Account, you declare that you have the authority to enter into a binding contract and that you are not a person prohibited from using the services under U.S. or other applicable jurisdictions' laws.
When creating an Account, you will be required to provide certain personal information about yourself and set a username and password. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account if any information provided during or after the registration process is false, misleading, or incomplete.

RecipeGuru Product and Service Purchase Terms
When you wish to purchase products or services defined on the RecipeGuru platform, you will be asked to provide certain information regarding your purchase. This information includes credit card and delivery address details. You can save your information with your account, allowing future purchases to be made without re-entering your details. You agree to pay all charges made by you and your credit card (or other applicable payment mechanisms) at the current rates for any charges incurred.
Collecting sales taxes for all states and municipalities is a legal obligation. You agree to allow us to collect applicable sales taxes to be applied to your credit card during the completion of the order.
We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and more. For your security, the billing name and address on your credit card must match the information you provided. If the information does not match, delays may occur in processing your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria. When you place your order, we may pre-authorize your credit or debit card with your card provider, which may impact your available credit limit.
All billing and registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. By confirming your purchase at the end of the payment process, you agree to accept and pay for the products, items, and/or services requested. Receiving an email confirmation of an order does not guarantee that the order has been accepted.

Billing
You can purchase Premium Subscriptions directly from RecipeGuru or through a third party by:
Paying a subscription fee upfront, either monthly or at another regular interval specified before your purchase, or
Making a prepayment that allows access to the RecipeGuru Service for a certain period ("Prepaid Period").
Tax rates are calculated based on the information you provide and the rates applicable during your monthly billing.
If you purchase Premium Subscription access through a third party, in addition to these Terms, separate terms and conditions of that third party may apply regarding your use of the RecipeGuru Service. If you purchase Premium Subscription through a code, gift card, prepaid offer, or other offers ("Codes") provided or sold by or on behalf of RecipeGuru, you agree to the RecipeGuru Terms.

Price and Tax Changes
RecipeGuru may change the fees for Premium Subscriptions, including regular subscription fees, Prepaid Period (for periods not yet paid), or Codes (as defined above) from time to time and will notify you of any price changes reasonably in advance. Price changes will take effect at the beginning of the next subscription period following the price change date. Subject to applicable law, you agree to the new price by continuing to use the RecipeGuru Service after the price change takes effect. If you do not accept a price change, you may reject the change by canceling the applicable Premium Subscription before the price change takes effect.
Tax rates are based on the rates applicable at the time of your monthly billing. These rates may change over time based on the tax requirements in your country, state, or even city. Any changes in tax rates will be automatically applied according to the account information you provide.

Subscription Renewal
Payments to RecipeGuru automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the applicable subscription period. For instructions on how to cancel your Paid subscription, please contact our Customer Service team. The cancellation will take effect on the day following the last day of your current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free version of RecipeGuru. Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, no refunds or credits are provided for partial subscription periods.

Right of Withdrawal
If you sign up for RecipeGuru's Trial Version, you acknowledge that your right to withdraw from the Paid Subscription you received with this trial version will end fourteen (14) days from the date you start the Trial Version. If you do not cancel your Paid Subscription before the end of the Trial Version, you will lose your right to withdraw, and RecipeGuru will be authorized to charge you the set fee for each month until you cancel. For trial versions of fourteen (14) days or less, we will offer the Paid Subscription immediately after your Trial Version ends, and you expressly acknowledge that you will lose your right to withdraw at that point.
If you purchase a Paid Subscription without a Trial Version, you acknowledge that you have fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal for any reason. You acknowledge that you must pay for the services provided until you request cancellation during this period. You expressly confirm that we will provide you with the service immediately after your purchase, you will lose your right to withdraw, and RecipeGuru will be authorized to charge you automatically every month until you cancel.

RecipeGuru Subscription Cancellation
To cancel your RecipeGuru subscription, go to the Settings section of the RecipeGuru website or application and follow the cancellation instructions. You can cancel your RecipeGuru subscription at any time; you will continue to have access to subscriber-only features until the end of your current billing period.
If you purchased your RecipeGuru subscription through an App Provider (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so through that App Provider. For example, you must turn off "automatic renewal" in your App Provider account. Your App Provider may also provide additional billing information related to your RecipeGuru subscription through your account.
If you cancel your RecipeGuru subscription, you will continue to have access to RecipeGuru's free content.
For any reason, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, behaved inappropriately, committed fraud or abuse, or harmed our or another person's interests, we reserve the right to terminate, restrict, or suspend your access to your RecipeGuru subscription without notice or refund.

Refund Policy for Subscriptions
Subscription fees for RecipeGuru are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive any refund or credit for partial months of service for RecipeGuru subscriptions.
If you cancel your RecipeGuru subscription, no refund or credit will be provided for the remaining portion of your subscription period. This policy applies to cancellations at any point during the subscription period and reflects the financial obligations for services provided throughout the subscription period.
If you have any questions or concerns while managing your subscriptions, the RecipeGuru Customer Service team will be happy to assist you. It is important to us to provide transparent and understandable information about subscription transactions and refund policies.

Sponsored Content and Ads in RecipeGuru Subscriptions
Some of the content provided in your RecipeGuru subscription may be sponsored by third-party advertisers or include third-party advertisements. RecipeGuru may also promote and advertise its own products or services through RecipeGuru subscriptions. Additionally, chefs or other personalities featured in RecipeGuru subscription content may be incentivized to encourage users to sign up for RecipeGuru and visit subscriber content.

DMCA/Copyright Policy
RecipeGuru respects copyright laws and expects its users to do the same. RecipeGuru's policy is to terminate the accounts of repeat or alleged repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances. For more information on RecipeGuru's Copyright Policy, please refer to the relevant section.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Services, including the use of the Application, and any content, information, or functionality contained therein is entirely at your own risk. The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information obtained through the Application will be accurate or reliable.

AI-Generated Content and Disclaimer
This application generates recipes using artificial intelligence technologies. The artificial intelligence used to create the recipes has learned from a vast database, but the accuracy and reliability of the results cannot always be guaranteed. Users should independently verify the safety and accuracy of the content provided before using recipes through the application.
The app developers, owners, or related parties cannot be held liable for any health issues or other damages that may result from using the recipes provided through the app. By using this app, users accept any risks that may arise from using the recipes, and they assume full responsibility for the consequences of such use.
Users agree to fully release the app developers, owners, and all affiliated parties from any liability related to health and safety issues that may arise from the use of recipes in the app.

Coupon Codes and Disclaimer
This application may publish coupon codes provided by various brands. These coupons contain discounts or promotions offered by the brands for promotional purposes. The app acts as a publisher of these coupon codes and has no control over or responsibility for the accuracy, validity, or availability of the coupons.
The operation of the coupon codes and the applicability of the discounts in question are the sole responsibility of the respective brand. In case of any issues with the coupon codes, users should contact the relevant brand directly. The app developers are not responsible for any issues, damages, or losses that may arise from the use of coupon codes.
By using this application, users accept the risks associated with the use of coupon codes, and they assume full responsibility for the results of such use.

Data Sharing
To provide users with a better experience, shopping data will be shared with third-party systems. This data will be used to improve the user experience and provide personalized services. By using this application, users are deemed to have accepted the sharing of their shopping data with third-party systems.

Changes to the Agreement
RecipeGuru reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.

Restrictions and Liabilities
Please observe these rules when sharing on RecipeGuru. The following types of content are prohibited from being shared on RecipeGuru services:

Content that includes the advertisement or endorsement of a product or service without explicit written permission from RecipeGuru.
Content that is of no value or use to others.
Content that is intentionally false, misleading, or intended to deceive others.
Content that promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances.
Content that includes products deemed dangerous to consumers by the Turkish Product Safety Commission and therefore recalled.
Content that is offensive, threatening, or insulting to others.
Content that violates the privacy, publicity, moral, or other proprietary rights of others.
Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive.
Other content that violates these Terms.
Additionally, you agree not to engage in the following actions when using RecipeGuru services:

Attempting to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the services, RecipeGuru’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of RecipeGuru’s providers.
Sending unsolicited advertisements, junk mail, spam, or other unwanted solicitations using the names, real names, email addresses, or other information obtained through the services.
Using the services for any commercial purpose or benefit to a third party in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
Violating any applicable law or regulation.
Encouraging or enabling any other person to do any of the above.
RecipeGuru reserves the right to investigate and pursue legal action for any violations of the above, and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate these Terms. RecipeGuru has no obligation to monitor your access to or use of our services, but it has the right to do so to ensure your compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, or to comply with any order or requirement of a court, administrative agency, or other governmental body.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Choice of Law, Mandatory Arbitration, and Jurisdiction for RecipeGuru
Unless mandatory laws of your country of residence require otherwise, this Agreement and all non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to choice or conflict of law principles.
Furthermore, you and RecipeGuru agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the below-specified jurisdiction to resolve any dispute, claim, or conflict arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (and any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement). However, subject to applicable mandatory laws, you have the right to initiate legal proceedings in the country where you reside, and such legal proceedings can only be initiated in the country where you reside.
These provisions are established to ensure fair and effective resolution of disputes between RecipeGuru and its users. In the event of any dispute, RecipeGuru's Customer Service team will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
